Fawnda Mithrush and Karen Unland of the Alberta Podcast Network introduce you to YEGPodfest and the Crash Courses that will be available to you on Sept. 30, thanks to the Edmonton Community Foundation.

As we gear up for a three-day celebration of podcasting, Lisa Pruden and Cory Sellar offer up a series of short audio tutorials, covering everything from what a podcast is to how to make one and how to promote them.

Podcasts at their best have the ability to both educate and entertain the audience. With any luck, listening to a podcast will give the listener new points of view, new perspectives, and new insights. And, especially if you’re new to the podcasting format, we hope you gain some of that through these Crash Courses!
